GOLDEN COUNTY, SHADNAGAR

SIRI SAMPADA’s GOLDEN COUNTY project is located at Shadnagar, Telangana. GOLDEN COUNTY consists of 160 independent villas, and apartments spread over 3 blocks. The community has been planned over 10 acres, with modern amenities like a club house including an infinity swimming pool, gym & central park. Sujan Infra’ primary responsibilities include the architecture of villas, apartments & landscape of the entire community including Central Park. Additionally, Sujan Infra is also responsible for the underground electrical work which includes UG cable work, panels, DTR installation, Streetlights and poles 2D design and execution.
